针对常用的电动汽车主减速比设计方法没有考虑电动机效率特性,导致电动汽车能耗难以下降的问题,在分析了主减速比与电动汽车电机能耗关系的基础上,以纯电动公交客车(PETB)为研究对象,提出基于电机能耗的PETB主减速比优化方法,通过遗传算法对主减速比进行优化求解,得到使电机能耗最低的最优主减速比。为了验证优化结果,在AVL cruise中建立整车仿真模型,进行能耗经济性仿真。

Aiming at the problem of difficult to reduce the energy consumption of electric vehicle w hich caused by the regardless of motor efficiency characteristic in common electric vehicle final drive ratio design method ,the relationship between final drive ratio and motor energy consumption has been analyzed .Using Pure Electric Transit Bus (PETB) as study object ,an optimization method of PETB final ratio based on motor energy consumption is proposed .Through genetic algorithms to solve the optimization problem ,obtain the optimal final drive ratio to minimize the motor energy consumption .In order to verify the optimization result ,a simulation model of PETB has been built in AVL cruise for the simulation of energy economy .
