近年来，我国高职教育实现了跨越式发展，得到了国家的高度重视和社会的广泛关注，但如何依托行业，面向市场，凝练办学特色，增强高职办学影响力与吸引力，依然是高职教育工作者必须认真思考的问题。在此从提升高职办学吸引力的途径入手，分析高职院校吸引力的内涵及其构成要素以及吸引力外延，并指出：办学特色必须鲜明，服务能力一定要强，这是提升高职院校吸引力的关键。
근년래，아국고직교육실현료과월식발전，득도료국가적고도중시화사회적엄범관주，단여하의탁행업，면향시장，응련판학특색，증강고직판학영향력여흡인력，의연시고직교육공작자필수인진사고적문제。재차종제승고직판학흡인력적도경입수，분석고직원교흡인력적내함급기구성요소이급흡인력외연，병지출：판학특색필수선명，복무능력일정요강，저시제승고직원교흡인력적관건。
In recent years, the higher vocational education in China has realized great development, and obtained the widespread attention from the governm ent and society. But how to improve the influence and attractiveness of vocational schools, through relying on the industry, market, and school characteristics, is still the issue which the people who are engaged in higher vocational education must seriously consider. From the ways of enhancing the attractiveness of vocational higher education, the paper analyzes the connotation , elements and extension of the attractiveness of higher vocational colleges, and puts forw ard the key to improving the attractiveness of vocational colleges is to have distinctive school characteristics and strong service ability.
