目的了解慢性乙肝患者自我感受负担的真实情况，为临床护理提供第一手资料。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法，以半结构式访谈方法，选择22名患者作深度访谈，并采用Miles和Huberman内容分析法对资料进行分析和总结。结果通过资料分析，共提炼出经济负担、情感负担、自我实现缺失、健康生活方式缺乏及服药负担等5个主题。结论慢性乙肝患者自我感受负担明显，为了减少疾病复发，促进康复，医护人员应为患者提供个性化整体护理，并督促患者家属参与，减轻患者的自我感受负担。

Objective: To provide first-hand data for clinical nursing based on self-perceived burden of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods: In-depth semi-structured interview was conducted on 22 patients with the phenomenological approach. Data were summarized and analyzed by Miles&Huberman content analysis method. Results:5 themes were extracted from data analysis, including economic burden, emotional burden, lack of self-actualization, lack of healthy lifestyle and medication burden. Conclusion:Patients with chronic hepatitis B have significant self-perceived burden. Medical workers should provide personalized, holistic care and promote involvement of family members to relieve patients of self-perceived burden, reduce disease relapse and promote recovery.
