科技型中小企业技术创新问题日益受到理论界和实践界的高度关注。通过深度访谈，运用多案例研究方法，选取4家科技型中小企业技术创新驱动的案例，对驱动科技型中小企业技术创新的因素进行研究。结果表明，企业家精神、研发能力、市场需求与竞争、政府政策与法规是科技型中小企业技术创新的4个关键驱动因素。在此基础上，构建了科技型中小企业技术创新驱动因素模型，并指出了理论贡献和进一步研究方向。

An increasing number of attentions to technological innovation about tech SME are paid by scholars and entrepreneurs. Through depth interviews and with multiple case study method, this paper selected technologi-cal innovation-driven of four tech SME as cases, discussing driven factor for tech SME technological innovation. The result showed that the key driving factors for tech SME include: entrepreneurship, research and develop abili-ty, market demand and competition, government policy and law. Based on the above findings, this paper construct-ed the key factor model of tech SME, and pointed out the theoretical contribution and further research direction.
