评定了电感偶合等离子体质谱法测定水中的铅含量的不确定度,系统地分析了影响其测定的不确定度的各种因素,建立了测量过程中各分量的数学模型。最终确定了测定结果的包含区间,得出影响铅含量测定不确定度的主要来源是仪器的回收率和标准溶液配制所引入的不确定度,在测定过程中应给予足够的重视。

The uncertainty of determination of lead in water by ICP-MSis was evaluated ,and all kinds of influence factors which impacted upon the uncertainty of the determination were analyzed ,then mathematical model of the components in measurement process was established.Ultimately ,it confirmed the interval of the determination results ,and reached the conclusion that the uncertainty introduced of recovery and standard solution preparation was the prime source of the determination of lead.It should be paid more attentions during the measurement.
