采用单因素法,研究了蛹虫草发酵过程中培养温度、培养时间、种龄、接种量、培养基初始pH值等因素对蛹虫草发酵的影响,最后通过蛹虫草的菌丝收率,来确定最佳发酵条件。研究结果表明:培养基初始pH值为6.0,种龄为4 d,培养温度为27℃,培养时间为55 h,接种量为7.5%(v/v),在该条件下所得蛹虫草菌丝收率最高,以此确定蛹虫草发酵的最佳条件。

By single test,the effect of incubation temperature,incubation period,the age of strain,inoculation,the first culture pH value and so on,the fermentation for Cordyceps militaris was studied.Then the best conditions for fermentation were chosen by the mycelial yield.The results showed that best fermentation conditions for Cordyceps militaris vas the first culture pH value 6.0 ,the age of strain 4 days ,incubation temperature 27 ℃, incubation period 55 h ,inoculation 7.5%in which the mycelial yield was the highest.
