为探讨能量水平对妊娠肉兔血清生化指标及生殖激素水平的影响,本试验选择平均体重相近的经产新西兰母兔60只,随机分成3组,分别饲喂能量水平为9.44、10.75、12.07 MJ/kg 的试验日粮。试验从母兔配种开始至妊娠期末结束。结果表明:日粮能量水平显著影响妊娠肉兔血清胰岛素水平和胆固醇含量(P<0.05),对血清甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和极低脂蛋白胆固醇含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。妊娠肉兔血清孕酮水平与日粮能量水平呈负相关(P<0.05),血清雌二醇和促黄体生成素水平与日粮能量水平均呈正相关(P<0.05)。日粮能量水平对妊娠肉兔血清泌乳素和促卵泡生成素含量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。由此得出,日粮能量水平在9.44~12.07 MJ/kg,妊娠肉兔血清胆固醇含量和胰岛素水平受日粮能量水平影响显著,血清促黄体生成素、孕酮和雌二醇水平与日粮能量水平有一定相关性。

The experiment was conducted to study the effect of dietary energy levels on the serum biochemical in-dices and reproductive hormone secretion in pregnant meat rabbits.Sixty multiparous female New Zealand rabbits with an nearly body weight were randomly assigned to 3 groups.New Zealand rabbits in the 3 groups were fed with 3 experimental diets containing 9.44,10.75,12.07 MJ /kg MJ/kg,respectively.The experiment lasted from mating of female rabbits to the end of pregnancy.The results showed as follows:dietary energy levels had significant influence on serum insulin (Ins)and cholesterol (CHO)content (P < 0.05),but had no significant influence on contents of triglyceride (TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLC) and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDLC) level in serum of pregnant New Zealand rabbits (P > 0.05).The dietary energy levels had negative correlation with serum progesterone(P) content(P < 0.05),and positive correlation with estradiol(E2) and luteotropic hormone(LH) contents of pregnant New Zealand rabbits (P<0.05).The dietary energy levels had no significant influence on serum pro-lactin (PRL)and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) content of pregnant New Zealand rabbits (P<0.05).In conclusion, when varied from 9.44 to 12.07 MJ/kg,the dietary energy levels had significant influence on serum Ins and CHO content, and had correlation with P,E2 and LH contents of pregnant New Zealand rabbits.
