目的:建立螺旋藻类保健品中铜,砷,镉,汞,铅5种重金属元素含量的测定方法。方法:微波消解法处理样品,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法( ICP-MS)检测螺旋藻类保健品中5种重金属元素的含量。结果:铜,砷,镉,汞,铅5种元素的最低检出限分别为6.72,6.25,3.12,0.331,8.78 ng·g-1;在各自的浓度范围内线性关系良好( r均大于0.9997);加样回收率分别为110.4%,96.6%,93.1%,102.8%,101.4%,RSD 分别为3.2%,4.2%,2.5%,2.9%,3.0%(n=9)。结论:该方法准确、灵敏、简便,适用于螺旋藻类保健品中有害重金属元素的检测。

Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Cu,As,Cd,Hg and Pb in spirulina health products. Meth-ods:The samples were digested by microwave and determined by ICP-MS. Results: The minimum detection limits of Cu,As,Cd,Hg and Pb was 6. 72,6. 25,3. 12,0. 331 and 8. 78 ng·g-1 , respectively, and showed good linear relationship within respective concentra-tion range (r >0. 999 7) with the average recovery of 110.4%,96.6%,93.1%,102.8%, 101.4% and RSD of 3.2%,4.2%, 2. 5%,2. 9%,3. 0%(n=9), respectively. Conclusion:The method is sensitive, simple and accurate, and can be used to determine the harmful elements in spirulina health products.
