Based on many years of teaching experience and much education reform literature, in order to pro- vide a reference for the construction of the training system of innovative-oriented pharmaceutical and techni- cal personnel in vocational colleges, the paper expounds the idea on the construction from five aspects： the establishment of the teaching management system; a phased multi-mode professional education system; the multi-module three-dimensional practical teaching system; the teaching system reform; the building of plat- form modular curriculum system.
