在我国基本完成普及基础教育任务的背景下,针对乡镇中学学生有相当部分为独生子女,同时还有部分学生因父母长期在外务工,从小就脱离父母教育而过着＂独立生活＂的中学生群体,笔者依据这样的教育主体现状,构建乡镇中学高师实习生班主任工作评价体系,为师范专业学生的教育实习提供一套切实可行的、具有创新的班级教育管理考核体系。
在我國基本完成普及基礎教育任務的揹景下,針對鄉鎮中學學生有相噹部分為獨生子女,同時還有部分學生因父母長期在外務工,從小就脫離父母教育而過著＂獨立生活＂的中學生群體,筆者依據這樣的教育主體現狀,構建鄉鎮中學高師實習生班主任工作評價體繫,為師範專業學生的教育實習提供一套切實可行的、具有創新的班級教育管理攷覈體繫。
재아국기본완성보급기출교육임무적배경하,침대향진중학학생유상당부분위독생자녀,동시환유부분학생인부모장기재외무공,종소취탈리부모교육이과착＂독립생활＂적중학생군체,필자의거저양적교육주체현상,구건향진중학고사실습생반주임공작평개체계,위사범전업학생적교육실습제공일투절실가행적、구유창신적반급교육관리고핵체계。
China has basically completed the popularization of elementary education, yet a considerable part of the rural high school students, the only child in their family, as well as some of the students whose parents work outside their hometown for a long time, have been away from their parents and live an independent life since childhood. In view of the present situation, the authoress tries to construct the evaluation system of the work of trainee class teachers in order to provide a practical and innovative system of classroom education and management evaluation for the teacher trainin~ students.
