在梁场生产过程中,经常遇见梁体表面出现裂纹现象。在南方地区常年平均温度较高,为减少梁场建场投入,不使用蒸汽养生。常温条件下养生的箱梁,如何控制梁体裂纹的产生,主要对箱梁浇筑完成后几个环节的养生进行介绍,为梁场的建设和生产过程提供参考。

Cracks often appear at the surface of the beam during the production process at the beam fabricating yard. Since the average annual temperature is usually high in the South, in order to reduce the construction cost of the fabricating yard, the steam curing has not been used any more. There is a problem that how to reduce the cracks of the box beam during curing under normal temperature conditions. This paper presents several curing operations of the box girder after concreting and would provide references for construction and production process of the beam precast yard.
