胰岛素是通过胰岛素信号的转导通路来发挥其调节血糖并且促进其代谢合成的,其中磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶(PI-3K)在胰岛素信号转导中起关键性作用,而胰岛素信号转导通路障碍所引起的胰岛素抵抗在Ⅱ型糖尿病治疗中有着至关重要的作用.从胰岛素抵抗的发病机制、影响PI-3K的因素等几个方面综述了PI-3K在Ⅱ型糖尿病发病机制中的作用.
胰島素是通過胰島素信號的轉導通路來髮揮其調節血糖併且促進其代謝閤成的,其中燐脂酰肌醇-3激酶(PI-3K)在胰島素信號轉導中起關鍵性作用,而胰島素信號轉導通路障礙所引起的胰島素牴抗在Ⅱ型糖尿病治療中有著至關重要的作用.從胰島素牴抗的髮病機製、影響PI-3K的因素等幾箇方麵綜述瞭PI-3K在Ⅱ型糖尿病髮病機製中的作用.

Insulin regulates blood sugar and promotes the anabolic metabolism through the insulin signal transduction pathway in which phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI-3K) plays a key role in the insulin signal transduction, and the insulin resistance resulting from the disorder of the insulin signal transduction pathway is very important in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. The important role of PI-3 K in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus is reviewed by discussing the pathogenesis of the insulin resistance, the factor affecting PI-3 K, etc.
