青蟹（Scyllaspp．）是我国重要的海水养殖经济物种之一，关于其免疫系统及疾病预防的研究对其养殖育种具有重要的意义。本文对目前已成功分离克隆出的青蟹免疫相关基因方面进行了概述，以青蟹免疫方面的理论基础研究为依据，提出今后可以利用转基因、分子标记、RNAi等生物技术对青蟹进行功能基因组等各种研究，为将来筛选、培育新品种提供理论指导。

Mud crab （Scylla spp. ） is one of the most economically important marine species farmed in China, and research about its immune system and disease prevention plays a significant role in its aquaculture. This article summarized the studies focused on the currently known genes correlated with immune system in mud crab. It may provide theoretical guidance in screening and culturing new species in future to carry out genomics studies through making effective use of available technologies such as transgene, molecular marker, and RNA interference.
