系统的分析比较了新型机械加速澄清池与标准型机械加速澄清池的结构特点,并对新型机械加速澄清池应用于某电厂原水预处理进行了监测研究。分析比较结果为:新型机械加速澄清池施工简单;解决了标准型机械加速澄清池因施工复杂带来的问题;结构合理,比标准型机械加速澄清池处理能力提高约20%;监测期间,设备运行稳定、处理效果好,出水浊度均小于10.0NTU,具有很强的耐冲击能力。

The structural characteristics of new type mechanical accelerated clarifier and standard mechanical ac-celerated clarifier were compared through systematical analysis. A monitoring research was conducted on the applica-tion of the new type mechanical accelerated clarifier to raw water pretreatment in a power plant. The results showed that the new mechanical accelerated clarifier was simple to construct which solved the constructing problems caused by the standard mechanical accelerated clarifier. The structure of the new type mechanical accelerated clarifier was reasonable, the processing ability was enhanced approximately 20% compared with the standard mechanical acceler-ated clarifier. During monitoring period, the equipment moved stably, the processing effect was good, the water leak-age turbidity was smaller than 10.0NTU, and it had fine strength of resistance to impacting.
