泛素-蛋白酶体系统是细胞内蛋白质降解的重要途径之一,它通过降解细胞内各通路的抑制因子和(或)激活因子发挥上调和下调作用,是维持细胞内许多生理功能的重要系统。近年来,有文献报道泛素一蛋白酶体系统由于参与抑制疼痛的细胞因子和蛋白质降解,从而成为神经性疼痛的重要发病因素。实验已经证实蛋白酶体抑制剂能够抑制神经性疼痛和痛觉过敏,从而进一步肯定了泛素-蛋白酶体系统在神经性疼痛发生机制中的作用。
汎素-蛋白酶體繫統是細胞內蛋白質降解的重要途徑之一,它通過降解細胞內各通路的抑製因子和(或)激活因子髮揮上調和下調作用,是維持細胞內許多生理功能的重要繫統。近年來,有文獻報道汎素一蛋白酶體繫統由于參與抑製疼痛的細胞因子和蛋白質降解,從而成為神經性疼痛的重要髮病因素。實驗已經證實蛋白酶體抑製劑能夠抑製神經性疼痛和痛覺過敏,從而進一步肯定瞭汎素-蛋白酶體繫統在神經性疼痛髮生機製中的作用。

The ubiquitin-proteasome is one of the important pathways of the protein degradation in the cells, and it acts the role of upregulating or downregulating by degradating the inhibitor or activator, and it is one of the important systems in maintaining the physiological function in ceils. In recent years, some literatures report that the ubiquitin-proteasome is one of the important factors in the happening of the neuropathic pain because it degarades some of the cytokines and proteins which inhibit the pain. The ex- periments have proved that the proteasome inhibitor could inhibit the neuropathic pain and hyperalgesia, and confirm that ubiqui- tin-proteasome participate the neuropathic pain.
