外语课堂教学交往符号的形式和结构,在计算机辅助外语教学向多媒体、多模态人机交互方向推进过程中发生着根本性的变革。提升语言交际能力的听说教学在外语教学中起到越来越重要的作用,外语听说课堂是师生利用多媒体物质手段,借助包括有声语言在内的多种模态符号进行交往的微社会。在多模态社会交往符号视角下,外语听说教学走向以多维外语听说互动课堂为＂一体＂、以多模态网络学习平台等辅助手段为＂多翼＂的教学模式。

With the reform of foreign language teaching in colleges and universities,as well as and the rapid development of computer assisted instruction transferring to multimedia and multimodal human-computer interaction,fundamental changes occurs in terms of language teaching classroom discourse and structures.Listening and speaking class is a place where teachers and students communicate in the classroom with the help of multimedia material means.With the variety of modes,including sound language micro-society of symbol interaction and multimodal perspective of social interaction symbols,foreign language would move on to multidimensional interaction pattern characterized by＂One Body with Many Wings＂.
