目的:探讨在内科护理学临床课间实习中设计并应用问题情境教学。方法:对护理本科生采用随机分成常规教学组和问题情境教学组,自制调查问卷,对学生认知能力、自主学习能力、创造性思维、关怀能力四个方面评价,比较教学情况。结果:问题情境教学组较常规教学组教学效果显著,差异有统计学意义﹙P〈0.01﹚。结论:问题情境教学可以提高学生的认知能力,调动学生的自主学习,启发学生的创造性思维,改进教师的教学方法,促进典型病例库的建设。

목적:탐토재내과호이학림상과간실습중설계병응용문제정경교학。방법:대호리본과생채용수궤분성상규교학조화문제정경교학조,자제조사문권,대학생인지능력、자주학습능력、창조성사유、관부능력사개방면평개,비교교학정황。결과:문제정경교학조교상규교학조교학효과현저,차이유통계학의의﹙P〈0.01﹚。결론:문제정경교학가이제고학생적인지능력,조동학생적자주학습,계발학생적창조성사유,개진교사적교학방법,촉진전형병례고적건설。
Objective:The design and application of the problem situation teaching was used in medical nursing clinical practice.Methods:Undergraduate nursing students were randomly divided into conventional teaching group and problem situation teaching group,and then made questionnaire in order to evaluate the students' cognitive ability,learning ability,creative thinking ability and caring ability,at last,compared the teaching performances.Results:The problem situation teaching group was better than the conventional teaching group in effectiveness,and the difference between them was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion:The problem situation teaching can improve students' cognitive capacity,to arouse students' autonomous learning,inspire students' creative thinking and improve teachers' teaching methods that will promote the construction of typical cases database.
