背景近年麻醉学领域开始关注麻醉相关措施对患者远期预后的影响.但目前仍存在诸多未能有效解决的问题,尤其是麻醉药物对机体的不良影响、重症患者对麻醉医师的挑战、围术期患者生命机能的调控、围术期重要器官功能的保护等仍是困扰麻醉医学的难题. 目的初步探讨中医整体观念和辨证思维对临床麻醉的指导作用,进而提出“个体化麻醉”方案. 内容依据现代麻醉学临床中遇到的新问题和挑战,结合中国传统医学的优势,提出中医药学应在麻醉学中有所作为.从中医理论对现代麻醉学的指导、中医药对靶器官的保护等几个方面进行了初步探讨,提出“个体化麻醉”方案,为中医药学的继承和发展提供了新思路. 趋向中医药在围术期、围麻醉期的应用有其治疗的目的、手段和理论依据,但也存在一定的局限性,因此还需寻求循证医学的证据,只有有了循证医学的证据才能被人们重视和接受,才能反映出中医药治疗的客观性,建立麻醉医学的辨证论治体系.

Background In recent years,the field of anesthesiology began to focus on anesthesia-related influence on the long-term prognosis of patients.But there are still a lot of not effectively solve the problems,especially side effects of nacotics on the body,perioperative regulation of vital functions on patients,perioperative vital organ function protection is still plagued to the anesthesiologists.Objective Preliminary study Chinese medicine dialectical thinking on the overall concept and the guiding role of clinical anesthesia,and further that "individualized anesthesia" option.Content Modern anesthesiology author encountered in the clinical application of new problems and challenges,combining the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine should be made a difference in anesthesiology.Based on the theory of modern anesthesiology guidance of Chinese medicine on the target organ and protection,that "individualized anesthesia" program based on the inheritance and development of Chinese medicine provides a new idea.Trend Chinese medicine has its therapeutic purposes in the perioperative period,perianesthesia application,means and theoretical basis,but there are some limitations.Therefore must seek evidence-based medicine,only with evidence-based medicine can be taken by the people and accepted medical treatment in order to reflect the objectivity,and to establish the anesthesia medicine syndrome differentiation system.
