本文介绍了顶缸式连续上板机构的设计思路与过程,实现了上料装置的无间断运输功能。根据上板的动作要求,采用顶缸式连续上板结构;顶缸式连续上板结构主要实现换车动作,然后还有上板动作、推板动作、对辊带动板流向流水线的动作。此结构中机构的运作都是由控制系统全程控制,从而实现上板自动化。
本文介紹瞭頂缸式連續上闆機構的設計思路與過程,實現瞭上料裝置的無間斷運輸功能。根據上闆的動作要求,採用頂缸式連續上闆結構;頂缸式連續上闆結構主要實現換車動作,然後還有上闆動作、推闆動作、對輥帶動闆流嚮流水線的動作。此結構中機構的運作都是由控製繫統全程控製,從而實現上闆自動化。

This article introduces the cylinder organization design mentality and the process and type goes against board up continuously the has realized the high--quality goods installment with un -- interrupted transportation function. According to the requirements under the previous board's action, we adopt top cylinder continuous on the board structure; top cylinder continuous on the board structure of the transfer action, and then on the board action, pushing the board action, the action of the roller to drive the board to the assembly line.
