外籍教师的引进是我国高校师资队伍改革和更新的一项重大措施,为高校的外语教学和其他学科的建设与发展,培养高层次人才发挥了积极的作用。本文通过中西方在价值观、宗教信仰、思维方式、风俗习惯等方面存在的文化差异进行分析认为,需要树立正确的跨文化理念,加强跨文化管理方面的培训,实行规范化、制度化、人性化管理等,对外教进行卓有成效的跨文化管理。

외적교사적인진시아국고교사자대오개혁화경신적일항중대조시,위고교적외어교학화기타학과적건설여발전,배양고층차인재발휘료적겁적작용。본문통과중서방재개치관、종교신앙、사유방식、풍속습관등방면존재적문화차이진행분석인위,수요수립정학적과문화이념,가강과문화관리방면적배훈,실행규범화、제도화、인성화관리등,대외교진행탁유성효적과문화관리。
Introduction of foreign teachers is a major measure for the form and renewal of teachers in colleges and universities. It plays a positive role in construction and development of foreign languages and other fields as well as training the high-level talents. By discus- sing the differences between Chinese and Western culture existing in values, religious beliefs, ways of thinking, customs and other as- pects, we should establish the correct cross-cultural idea, strengthen intercultural management training, implement the standardized, institutionalized and humane management. Fruitful cross-cultural management of foreign teachers should be done.
