介绍布尔莎模型进行坐标转换的缺点,同时提出了基于ArcGIS的另一种坐标转换方式,即实地做控制,采集两个坐标系统数据,西安80坐标数据通过动态投影转换成WGS84坐标数据,转换后的WGS84坐标与实地采集的WGS84坐标数据比较存在一定的误差,利用ArcGIS的影像栅格配准(Georeferencing)和矢量数据空间校正(spatil Adjustment)对数据进行转换。实践证明,基于ArcGIS的影像栅格配准(Georeferencing)和矢量数据空间校正(spatil Adjustment)坐标转换可以得到高精度的转换坐标。

The paper first introduced bursa model and calculated seven parameters to transform coordinate on the raster data and vector data,then analyzed the defect of bursa modal to transform coordinate,and at the same time put forward another way of coordinate transforming,that is,on-site control to collect system data of two coordinates,for example,Xi'an 80 coordinate data is transformed into WGS84 coordinate data by dynamic projection,comparing with WGS84 coordinate data collected on-site,WGS84 coordinate data transformed existed certain error,the data could be transformed by using ArcGIS image raster Georeferencing and vector data spatil Adjustment.Practice proved high precision transformation coordinate to be obtained by image raster Georeferencing based on ArcGIS and vector data spatil Adjustment.
