印尼的煤矿区(井田)一般煤层层数多,倾角小,多适于采用露天开采。但卡布兰煤矿因剥采比大、地面多被高等级森林覆盖等原因,原拟定的露天矿开采的开拓方式,严重地制约了该煤矿的开发建设。本文提出了卡布兰煤矿开拓方式由露天矿开采改为地下开采的建议。

Development method of surface mining is appropriate due to many layers of coal seam and small inclination angle in coalfield of Indonesia.But because of large stripping ratio and the ground covered with high-grade forest in Kabulan Colliery,the original development method of surface mining severely restricted the development and construction of this colliery.The paper suggests the development method in Kabulan Colliery of surface mining be changed into underground mining.
