By briefly analyzing the geological conditions of vice mine and Aiming at the rupture causes of No.1 shaft in Chagannaoer,Inner Mongolia,the author proposed improving early strength of concrete and laying polystyrene foam board,which guaranteed shaft construction safely through the expansion of the unstable strata and gave experience for shaft freeze sinking construction of similar geological conditions.
