烧钻事故在煤田地质钻探施工中比较常见,而且容易被误判为钻具脱扣或折断事故,造成人力、物力和时间的浪费。事故产生的原因很多,但大多因钻具密封不严、高压水路堵塞、泥浆泵故障等,使泥浆不能正常输送到孔底循环而产生。根据烧钻事故的上述特点,笔者在多年钻探实践中,逐步摸索总结出"追本溯源、找准症结、循序渐进、松紧结合"的处理原则和"分析、判断、有序、果断"的处理步骤,在钻探事故的处理中取得了良好效果,对类似事故的处理有一定的借鉴作用。

Bit-burnt accident is very common in geological drilling,which is easily mistaken for accident of drilling tools' tripping or breaking and leads to the waste of manpower,material resources and time.On the basis of the characteristic of bit-burnt accident resulted from the failure of convey to mud circulating opening mostly due to leaky drilling tools,plugged high-pressure waterway and broken-down mud pump,the author concludes the treatment principle of "tracing to the source,landing the right place,advancing step-by-step and combining tension and relaxation" and the treatment steps of "analysis,judgment,order and decision",which results in good effects in treatment of drilling accidents and provides a reference for similar accident treatment.
