中国面食源远流长,种类繁多,虽然对中餐菜肴名称的英译的这类研究的文章已经有很多,但是对于中国面食名称的英译还没有具体的研究。本文是从功能目的论的角度,来探讨中国面食名称的英译问题,并且结合中西思维方式的不同这一点,来思考怎样翻译中国的面食名称才可以为外国人更好的接受。
中國麵食源遠流長,種類繁多,雖然對中餐菜餚名稱的英譯的這類研究的文章已經有很多,但是對于中國麵食名稱的英譯還沒有具體的研究。本文是從功能目的論的角度,來探討中國麵食名稱的英譯問題,併且結閤中西思維方式的不同這一點,來思攷怎樣翻譯中國的麵食名稱纔可以為外國人更好的接受。
중국면식원원류장,충류번다,수연대중찬채효명칭적영역적저류연구적문장이경유흔다,단시대우중국면식명칭적영역환몰유구체적연구。본문시종공능목적론적각도,래탐토중국면식명칭적영역문제,병차결합중서사유방식적불동저일점,래사고즘양번역중국적면식명칭재가이위외국인경호적접수。
In China, the pasta has a long history, and simultaneously, its kinds are various. Although it has already had many papers on translation of Chinese dishes' names, it still has no specific research on Chinese pasta' s names. In this paper, the writer, considering from the Skopes theory, explore the problem of translation of Chinese pasta' s names. Otherwise, considering the different thought pattern between Chinese and Western, the writer think about the problem what kinds of English names of Chinese pasta can be accepted by foreigners more easily.
