The Youth Olympic Games will be a star in the Olympic family,it is a star,a special and vibrant form of dissemination of the Olympic values,the call of the times,came into being,and continue to grow and develop,this is a good the beginning,it is the driving force of the healthy development of the Olympic Movement.In this paper,the analytical goal of the first Singapore Youth Olympic Games to allow more people to understand its true essence,and 2014 the second session of the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games will provide a reference.
