运用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,对云南农村干部的健康状况以及参与体育活动的现状进行调查研究。结果表明：农村干部的健康状况不理想,45%的干部处于亚健康水平,3.15%的干部处于不健康水平;农村干部的体育活动观念较强,与受教育程度呈正相关;农村干部体育兴趣广泛,运动项目丰富,锻炼组织形式呈自发、松散状;云南农村干部体育人口比例为22.5%。研究还指出了影响农村干部参加体育活动的主客观因素,并针对现状以及存在的问题提出了相应的建议。

The state of health and participation in physical activity of rural leaders in Yunnan were investigated with methods of literature consultation,questionnaire investigation and so on in the article.The results showed that the health of rural leaders was not ideal,45 percent were in sub-health and 3.15 percent were not in sound health.The rural leaders had strong health consciousness that was in positive interrelationship with their education degree.They had extensive sports interest,and the events which they participated in were varied.The sports practices were spontaneous and loose-organized.The population proportion of rural leaders who participated in physical activity was 22.5%.The subjective and objective factors which influenced on the participation in physical practices of rural leaders were also put forward,further more corresponding suggestions were proposed according to the current situations and existing problems in the study.
