本文主要以贵州金丝桃属两种植物贯叶连翘及贵州小连翘的种子为研究材料。研究其在不同pH值处理下的萌发影响。结果显示pH6.6~6.2之间贯叶连翘及贵州小连翘种子的发芽率、发芽势、活力指数显著地低于对照,但随着酸度的增加(pH值的降低),其种子的发芽率、发势、活力指数又整体呈增加的趋势。

The poper used the seed of Hypericum guizhouense L. and Hypericum peoroeatum L. as the research material, and researched the different pH in freatment an seed germination of infcuence. The results showed that the seed germination rate, germination energy and vigor index were lower markedly when the pH values were between 6. 6 and 6.2. But the germination rate, germination energy and vigor index increased on the whole with the fall of pH values.
