为了探索茶园施沼液肥后对土壤及茶产品中锌硒镁变化的影响,以黄壤为供试土壤,福鼎大白为供试品种,进行对比试验,探讨不同施肥方法、次数和剂量对土壤和茶叶锌硒镁的改变。试验设不施沼液肥、根灌沼液肥和沟施沼液肥3种处理,每个施肥方法下设亩施500kg、1000kg、l500kg和2000kg4种剂量处理。不同施肥方法、次数弄口剂量对土壤和茶叶中锌硒镁均有影响。茶园根灌500kg/667m。沼液肥3次后,土壤中锌含量增加153.28%、硒含量降低一47.04%、镁含量增加119.48%。茶园中根灌1000kg/667m2沼液肥3次后,茶叶中锌含量降低7.22%、硒含量增加25%、镁含量降低4.64%。茶园根灌沼液肥有利于茶树对硒元素的大量吸收,以每年根灌500~1000kg/667m2沼液肥3次最佳。

This paper dealt with the effects of applying biogas fertilizer on tea farm soil and changes of zinc, sele- nium and magnesium in tea products. The yellow soil and the Fuding white tea were used for the tests and for the contrast. Different fertilizer applying methods, frequency and amounts were discussed for the effects on soil and changes of magnesium, zinc and selenium in tea. There were three treatments for the tests: no biogas fertilizer, ap- plying biogas fertilizer on roots and through ditches. When applying biogas, four amounts of 500 kg, 1 000kg, 1 500 kg and 2 000 kg were used per Mu. Different methods, frequency and amounts had effects on soil and tea. When applying 500 kg/667m2 of biogas fertilizer on roots three times, zinc content in soil increased 153.28 %, se- lenium reduced -47.04 % and magnesium increased 119.48 %. When applying 1 000 kg/667m2 of biogas fertil- izer on roots three times, zinc content in soil reduced 7.22 %, selenium increased 25 % and magnesium reduced 4.64 %. Applying biogas fertilizer on roots proved to be useful for tea trees to take in considerable selenium. The best way was to apply 500 - 1 000 kg/667 m2 of biogas fertilizer on roots three times per year.
