Aimed at the needs of pharmaceutical companies for preparations talent in hefei region, several measures have been applied to students cultivation by the pharmaceutical preparations specialties of Anhui Xinhua University. Curriculum system was constructed scientificly, with more attention being paid to the cultivation of dual-energy teachers. Experiment training methods were also reformed to improve the students＇ comprehensive quality of science research and innovation.
