以国家小麦改良中心衡水分中心项目建设为例,总结了专项档案材料收集整理归档的意义。通过建立健全制度,实行管理责任制,确保了项目归档材料的规范、完整、准确,顺利通过专项验收。同时可提高档案的利用率,并为今后专项档案的整理提供了理论和实践依据。

Taking the construction of Hengshui Branch Project of National Wheat Improvement Center as an example, the importance of collecting, managing and filing special financial project documents was summarized. Through establishing and perfecting system and applying the management responsibility system, the standard, complete and correct project documents were secured, and the project passed the final acceptance check. The experience could improve the utilization rate of the filed documents, and lay a sound base for the management of special project documents theoretically and practically.
