为评价番茄种质资源苗期的耐旱性,在穴盘育苗条件下,选取8个番茄种质资源,测定其幼苗在控水条件下的萎蔫率、离体叶片失水速率、叶片水分饱和亏缺和叶片质膜透性。结果表明:不同材料在0~6 h与6~24 h的离体叶片失水速率变化趋势基本相似,均表现为前期(0~6 h)失水快,后期(6~24 h)失水慢;在控水条件下,1号、4号、5号和6号材料的幼苗萎蔫率、离体叶片失水速率、叶片水分饱和亏缺变化率和叶片质膜透性变化率均较小,耐旱性较强;番茄苗期萎蔫率与叶片质膜透性变化率的相关系数为0.811,两者呈显著正相关关系,认为控水条件下的番茄幼苗叶片质膜透性变化率可以作为番茄种质资源苗期耐旱性评价的指标。

To evaluate the drought tolerance of tomato germplasm at seedling seedlings were cultivated in plug under water control condition, and the seedling stage, eight tomato germplasm wilting rate, dehydration rate of leaves in vitro, leaves water saturation deficit and leaves membrane permeability were determined. The results showed that the dehydration rate of leaves in vitro of different germplasm had the same trend, water loss was rapid in 0 - 6 h, while it was slow in 6 - 24 h. The seedling wilting rate, dehydration rate of leaves in vitro, leaves water saturation deficit change rate and leaves membrane permeability change rate of germplasm No. 1, No. 4, No. 5 and No. 6 were little, that was to say, these germplasm had strong drought tolerance. The correlation coefficient between seedling wilting rate and leaves membrane permeability change rate was 0. 811. It was considered that the membrane permeability change rate could be used as a drought tolerance evaluation index of tomato germplasm at seedling stage under water control condition.
