教学改革是一项长期的、艰巨的任务。山东农业大学以创新人才培养为专业建设的着力点，通过农业生物学实验课程的定位、师资队伍建设、教材建设、教学方法和手段等方面的改革，完善实验课程体系，突出学校本专业的特色，对推动高校大学生创新能力培养具有借鉴意义。

Teaching reform is a long-term, herculean task. Shandong Agricultural University attempted to perfect the experiment course system of agrobiology and highlight its peculiar agricultural features for the purpose of boosting the innovative talents training through the following measures： repositioning its place in the university＇s general syllabus, strengthening the faculty caliber, improving the textbook and other teaching resources construction, and reforming teaching methods and techniques.
