通过运用AMOS软件,对江西农业大学在读硕士研究生的幸福感现状调查数据进行分析,得到测量模型的路径图。发现影响硕士研究生幸福感的主要因素包括:个性因素、人际交往因素、学业期待因素、专业因素、学校因素、就业因素、家庭因素等,其中就业因素与个性因素对研究生幸福感的影响最大。为此,农业院校应加强培养硕士研究生就业能力.努力拓展就业渠道;把握硕士研究生群体个性特征,引导学生完善自我个性;建立研究生心理健康档案.引导学生健康发展。

The survey data on the well-being of postgraduates at Jiangxi Agricultural University was studied with software AMOS and a path diagram of the measurement model was obtained. The result showed that the factors influencing their well-being include: personality, ,interpersonal relationship, achievement expectation, specialty, university, employment, family background, etc. among which employment and personality are the most influential. Therefore, the university should train their employment skills and strengths and expand the channels of launching graduates into their future careers. At the same time, the university should be aware of their group characteristics, develop their personality and set up the mental health archives for their all-round personal development.
