城乡统筹发展是我国突破城乡二元结构、彻底解决“三农”问题的根本途径。推进职业教育集团化能够促进现代农业的发展,加速培养新型农民和转移农村剩余劳动力。近年来,云南省的职教集团获得了快速发展,但仍然存在一些问题,应该建立有效机制,提高集团化效益;创新合作模式,促进校企深入合作;统筹城乡区域教育、产业资源,打造云南职教品牌,促使职教集团快速发展以助力云南省城乡统筹发展。

Coordinative urban-rural development is the fundamental to breaking through China's urban-rural dualistic economic structure and solving the problem of "Three Rural Issues". Accelerating the vocational education groupification can effectively promote the development of the modern agriculture and speed up cultivating new farmers and the transfer of surplus rural labor. Recent years have witnessed a rapid development of Yunnan vocational education groupification, but there still exist some problems. Establishing an effective mechanism to improve the collectivization benefits, innovating new cooperation models to promote the in-depth school-enterprise cooperation, coordinating the urban and rural education and industry resources and creating the brand of Yunnan vocational education: all these measures can promote the rapid development of Yunnan vocational education groupification and boost the coordinative urban-rural development of Yunnan Province.
