以盐酸小檗碱为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法在410nm处测定赛北紫堇中总生物碱含量。结果表明,测定在6.48~38.88μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程:Y=0.00825x-0.00200,R2=0.99979(n=7),平均加标回收率为101.70%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.19%。实验结果表明,用紫外分光光度法测定赛北紫堇总生物碱含量具有稳定性好、方法简便的优点。
以鹽痠小檗堿為對照品,採用紫外分光光度法在410nm處測定賽北紫堇中總生物堿含量。結果錶明,測定在6.48~38.88μg/mL範圍內線性關繫良好,迴歸方程:Y=0.00825x-0.00200,R2=0.99979(n=7),平均加標迴收率為101.70%,相對標準偏差(RSD)為3.19%。實驗結果錶明,用紫外分光光度法測定賽北紫堇總生物堿含量具有穩定性好、方法簡便的優點。

The determination was conducted by uhraviolet spectrophotometry photometer under 410 nm ultraviolet radiatio, while the Berberine hydroehloride was selected as contrast substance. The results showed: the linearity relation between absorbency and content is good when the content is 6.48 - 38.88μg/ mL, and the regression equation is y = 0. 00825x - 0.00200, R2 = 0.99979 ( n = 7 ) , average complementary post recovery rate is 101.70. RSD = 3.19%. Ultraviolet spectrophotometry is simple and quick method to de- termine the content of the total alkaloids in Corydalis impatiens with good stability.
