Various methods for monitoring synthesis gas components of water scrubber outlet in four-nozzle coal water slurry gasification unit is summarized. In view of the process control requirements of continuous monitoring for volume ratios of various components, combined with practical project, type selection, sampling device, sample transfer, sample pre-treatment device and working principle of on-line analyzer are introduced. By incorporating practical condition of synthesis gas of water scrubber outlet, the reasonable analysis technology with higher performance-cost ratio is adopted. After running of on-line analyzer, the volume ratio of synthesis gas is directly displayed on DCS, and reliable conditions for safe and stable production are created.
