为实现银催化剂中试评价装置DCS与工业在线色谱仪、工业在线质谱仪之间准确可靠的通信,以Modbus协议RS-485串行通信方式为基础,在确保寄存器有效存储容量的前提下,分别对2台智能分析仪器的操作控制软件进行了二次开发;通过给每个分析数据乘以一个独立的放大倍数的方式,提高了DCS与智能分析仪器之间信号传输的精度和速率;实现了DCS同时与2台智能分析仪器准确、简洁、快速的数字化通信,提高了装置的整体自动化水平。

To achieve accurate and reliable signal communication among DCS, industrial on-line mass spectrograph and industrial on-line chromatogram in pilot-scale unit of silver catalyst, based on RS-485 series communication pattern of Modbus protocol, and under the guarantee of valid memory capacity, the operation control software of two intelligent analysis instruments is re-developed by means of multiplying every analysis data with an independent variable. The precision and speed of signal transmission between DCS and intelligent analysis instruments is improved, and accurate, simple and fast digital communication between DCS and two analyzers is realized. The whole automatic level for the unit is improved.
