在世界石油资源紧缺以及清洁能源、环保需求增加的情况下,以天然气、煤为原料生产甲醇,通过甲醇生产一系列深加工产品,成为碳一化工的重要突破口。分析了甲醇羰基合成制乙酸、醋酐、甲酸甲酯、碳酸二甲酯的生产工艺及国内外技术现状,对国内甲醇羰基合成技术的开发提出了建议。

Under the situation that the world is short of oil resources and demand of clean energy and environmental protectio.n is increasing, producing methanol with natural gas and coal as raw material and producing a series of deep processing products with methanol become an important breakthrough for Cl chemical industry. The production process and technology status of carbonylation synthesis of methanol to acetic acid, acetic anhydride, methyl formate, dimethyl carbonate at home and abroad were analyzed, and proposals for development of domestic carlronylation synthesis technology of methanol were raised.
