探讨不同结构日粮对1~3月龄荷斯坦公犊瘤胃组织结构的影响。选择30头、初生重(36.19±3.21)kg的荷斯坦奶公犊,屠宰刚出生的荷斯坦公犊3头,其余27头随机分为3个试验组(Ⅰ组:全乳组;Ⅱ组:全乳+精料组;Ⅲ:精料组),在1、2和3月龄时从每组中随机抽取3头(共9头)进行屠宰试验。结果表明:犊牛体重随日龄的增加而增加,且日粮成分影响犊牛体重。在1~3月龄时Ⅰ组犊牛体重极显著高于Ⅲ组(P〈0.01),说明全乳饲喂犊牛生长发育优于其它两组。在1~3月龄时犊牛日增重随日龄的增加而增加,在3月龄时到最大值,为1.11kg。不同日粮对犊牛日增重有影响,1和2月龄时Ⅲ组犊牛日增重显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P〈0.05),3月龄时Ⅲ组犊牛日增重显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P〈0.05),说明饲喂精料组(Ⅲ组)犊牛后期的生长发育好于全乳组(Ⅰ组)。不同日粮类型显著影响瘤胃黏膜的发育,1~3月龄时全乳饲喂(Ⅰ组)的犊牛瘤胃黏膜发育情况明显低于其它两组。不同结构日粮对1~3月龄荷斯坦公犊瘤胃的发育有显著的影响(P〈0.05)。

The effect of different levels of forage to concentrate ratio on rumen morphological structure of 3-month-old Chinese Hostein bull is studied. 30 fall-born Chinese Hostein calves,with body weight about 36.19 kg, and of which 3 were weaned at birth,the other were divided into 3 groups ( I, II, III) and were fed with exclusively milk,milk apposition with concentrated feed and exclusively concentrated respectively, at 1,2 and 3 months of age, 3 calves were selected at randomly from each group (a total of nine) in the slaughter trial. The body weight of calves was increased with the age linearly, and the body weight of calves was influenced by diets composition .At the age of 1-3 months, the body weight in group I were greater than group III (P〈0.01),it is implied that the calves fed with milk exclusively have the best growth state. The average daily gain of calves was increased with the age linearly at the age of 1-3 months, and the average daily gain of calves were I.II kg at the age of 3 month.The average daily gain of calves was influenced by diets composition , the average daily gain in group I and II were greater than group III (P〈0.O1) at the age of 1 and 2 months,but at the age of 3 month the average daily gain in group III were greater than group I and II (P〈0.01),it is implied that group In fed with exclusively concentrated have the best growth state at the age of 3 month. The different diets have more effect on the development of rumen musoca, the development capacity of rumen musoca in group I were lower than the other group at the age of 1-3 months. Different levels of forage to concentrate ratio had significant effects (P〈0.05) on the development of rumen.
