斜网脱水机、洗浆机及抄纸机产生的废水短流程逆向分段回用于水力碎浆机、配浆池和成浆池,同时在纸机抄造系统中加入与废水蒸发量相当的新鲜水,实现了废水动态平衡与短流程循环利用“零”排放的目标。河南滑县光明纸业责任有限佘司采用该工艺以来,每年可节约水资源61万t,减排COD43t,年减少污泥量510t,故该工艺具有良好的应用前景。
斜網脫水機、洗漿機及抄紙機產生的廢水短流程逆嚮分段迴用于水力碎漿機、配漿池和成漿池,同時在紙機抄造繫統中加入與廢水蒸髮量相噹的新鮮水,實現瞭廢水動態平衡與短流程循環利用“零”排放的目標。河南滑縣光明紙業責任有限佘司採用該工藝以來,每年可節約水資源61萬t,減排COD43t,年減少汙泥量510t,故該工藝具有良好的應用前景。

This dynamic balance with short-routine wastewater recycle can realize the target of "zero" emission. By using this technology, Henan huaxian county bright paper company has saved fresh water 610,000 tons, reduced the emission of COD 4.3 tons and sludge emission 510 tons. So this technique has a good application prospect.
