The deformation of the cone bar metal diaphragm for the propellant tank was studied by the simulation based on the MSC. Marc software in this paper. The overturning deformation process of the metal diaphragm was simulated. The diaphragm overturning deformation rule and failure factors were analyzed, and the diaphragm effective and stable deformation conditions were put forward.
