利用红叶臭椿(Ailanthus altissima Swingle,Treeof Heaeven)茎段为外植体,对影响红叶臭椿离体快繁的原因进行了分析。研究结果表明:适宜红叶臭椿的启动培养基为Ms+6-BA1mg/L+IAA0.2mg/L+蔗糖30g,分化培养基为Ms+6-BA3.0mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L 4-糖30,生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.3mg/L+蔗糖30g。
利用紅葉臭椿(Ailanthus altissima Swingle,Treeof Heaeven)莖段為外植體,對影響紅葉臭椿離體快繁的原因進行瞭分析。研究結果錶明:適宜紅葉臭椿的啟動培養基為Ms+6-BA1mg/L+IAA0.2mg/L+蔗糖30g,分化培養基為Ms+6-BA3.0mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L 4-糖30,生根培養基為1/2MS+NAA0.3mg/L+蔗糖30g。
이용홍협취춘(Ailanthus altissima Swingle,Treeof Heaeven)경단위외식체,대영향홍협취춘리체쾌번적원인진행료분석。연구결과표명:괄의홍협취춘적계동배양기위Ms+6-BA1mg/L+IAA0.2mg/L+자당30g,분화배양기위Ms+6-BA3.0mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L 4-당30,생근배양기위1/2MS+NAA0.3mg/L+자당30g。
