以垂丝海棠茎段为外植体,探讨不同植物激素6-BA、KT、IBA、IAA的浓度对试管苗增殖以及植株再生的影响。实验结果表明:垂丝海棠的初代培养基为Ms+KT0.6mg/L+IAA0.5mg/L+糖30g/L+琼脂6.5g/L,分化培养培养为MS+6-BA1.5g/L+IBA0.2mg/L+糖20g/L+琼脂6.5g/L培养基,生根培养为1/2Ms+IBA01.5mg/L+糖20g/L+琼脂6.5g/L。通过正交试验也得出同样的结论。炼苗移栽时,土与蛭石(1:1)基质配比成活率最高,且生长旺盛。

Using the stem segment of Malus halliatia Koehne as the explant, this paper probes the effects of phytohor- mone of different concentration 6--BA,KT, IBA, IAA on proliferation and regeneration of individual plant about cuvette seed-ling . The results shows that the appropriate medium for first culture is MS+ZT0.6mg/Lq-IAA0.5mg/L + sugar30g/L + agar6.5g/L, the medium of multiplication is MS+ 6 -- BA 1.5g/L-Jr- IBA 0.2mg/Lq- sugar20g/L + agar6. 5g/L, the medium of rooting is 1/2MS+IBA01.5mg/Lq-sugar2Og/L+ agar6.5g/L, and same results is proved through orthogonal test . basic rate (1 : 1) in the soil and vermiculite has high survival rate when one is planted after trainde seedling.
