干旱胁迫是影响植物生长发育及应用的重要因子。为掌握蔷薇Rosamultiflora的抗旱能力,测定了干旱胁迫下蔷薇的电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(POD)活性、可溶性蛋白的含量和脯氨酸的含量。结果表明:蔷薇的电导率和脯氨酸含量与胁迫程度成正相关关系;MDA的含量、SOD和POD的活性、可溶性蛋白的含量都在一定范围内随着胁迫强度的增加而先升高后降低;研究表明蔷薇具有较强的抗旱能力。
榦旱脅迫是影響植物生長髮育及應用的重要因子。為掌握薔薇Rosamultiflora的抗旱能力,測定瞭榦旱脅迫下薔薇的電導率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、過氧化氫酶(POD)活性、可溶性蛋白的含量和脯氨痠的含量。結果錶明:薔薇的電導率和脯氨痠含量與脅迫程度成正相關關繫;MDA的含量、SOD和POD的活性、可溶性蛋白的含量都在一定範圍內隨著脅迫彊度的增加而先升高後降低;研究錶明薔薇具有較彊的抗旱能力。

drought stress is the important factor which influences plant growth and development and plant application. In order to master the ability of fighting drought of Rosa multi flora roses, the conductivity, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) Mars, catalase (POD) activity, soluble protein content and the content of proline under drought stress were tested. The results show that: roses of conductivity and proline content and degree of stress are positively correla ted; The content of MDA and SOD and POD activity, the content of soluble protein first increase and then decrease along with the increase of the degree of stress increases in a certain range. The result shown that rose has strong ability of fighting drought.
