在对山东地区的蔷薇品种资源进行了实地调查、测量、记录,全面了解了山东地区蔷薇品种资源情况的基础上,通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳实验分离过氧化物酶同工酶,分析酶谱,探寻了蔷薇各品种之间的亲缘关系。经整理分析现分出12个品种,因尚未为其命名,暂且称之为A1、A2、A3…………A12。这些品种的主要差异在:1.花色不同:白色、粉红色、玫瑰红色、淡粉红色;2.花瓣数量:单瓣、半重瓣、重瓣;3.花径大小:小花径(0~2cm),中花径(2~4cm),大花径(4cm以上)。蔷薇的过氧化物酶同工酶共有12条谱带,其中P9是其基本酶带,其余酶带的活性强弱和有无可以作为品种分类的辅助特征。

:In this article the Rose varieties in the Shandong region conducted a field investigation, surveying, recording, and fully understand the Rose varieties of resources in the Shandong region. Flower diameter size: small flower diameter (0 - 2cm). medium flower diameter(2 - 4cm). large flower diameter(〉4cm)Rose's 12 peroxidase isozyme bands, which is the basic enzyme with Pg, the activity of other enzymes with the strength and availability of varieties can be classified as a secondary feature.
