本文旨在探明高师体育院校术科教师的教学知识结构及发展途径,为促进其专业化提供有益的参考。采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,探索出术科教师所需的教学知识结构为:"教学的内容知识"、"教学的课程知识"、"教学的方法知识"三大类;教学知识发展的主要阶段及途径:"学生时代的课程学习"、"职前培训"、"在职培训、各类学习以及参与各种活动的经验"。
