The P/C blended fabric was produced according to production process of grey fabric using different dyes in post-treat- ment based on the dyeing properties differences of polyester and cotton. Good quality and bright color of dyed fabric were obtained and the cost of production processing was reduced. The design process of cotton/polyester panel fabric was introduced mainly including design of structure parameters of grey fabric, computer process calculation, panel collocation, design of pattern and fabric dyeing.
