合成了1,6-双(2-苯并咪唑基)-2,5-二氧杂已烷(简称DBDOH)及其Co(II)、Cd(II)配合物,采用元素分析、IR、UV、1 HNMR谱和摩尔电导率等进行表征。在圆二色性研究中发现,Co(II)配合物在212nm处呈正科顿效应,而Cd(II)配合物在192nm处呈负科顿效应。固体DBDOH发射很强的紫外荧光,在主峰的荧光寿命为0.44ns。通过将Co2+和Cd2+离子与其配位,大大改进了其原有的荧光性质,Co(II)和Cd(II)配合物的荧光主峰分别红移了129nm和122nm,荧光寿命则增加到2.54ns和2.38ns。

1,6-Bis(2-benzimidazolyl)-2,5-dioxahexane(DBDOH) and its complexes with Co(II) and Cd(II) were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,UV,1HNMR,CD spectra and molar conductivity.It was found that the Co(II) complex showed positive Cotton effect at 212 nm in CD study,but the Cd(II) complex showed negative Cotton effect at 192 nm.DBDOH exhibited strong ultraviolet fluorescence in solid state and its lifetime was 0.44 ns at the highest fluorescence peak.This was improved evidently by the coordination of Co2+ and Cd2+ ions.The highest emission bank of Co(II) and Cd(II) complexes had red shifts of 129 nm and 122 nm compared with the ligand respectively,their lifetimes increased to 2.54 ns and 2.38 ns at these banks.
