电力系统的供电可靠性关系到国计民生,电气设备的安全可靠运行是实现整个发电厂电力系统稳定运行的基础,而电气设备事故大部分是绝缘损坏引起的,因此及时有效地发现绝缘存在的缺陷,对于保障电力系统安全运行具有重要意义。本文介绍了高压电气设备绝缘在线监测技术的发展及GJK型高压电力系统绝缘水平在线监控仪在济三电厂的应用。

The power supply reliability is vital to a country and people＇s wellbeing, safe and reliable operation of the electric equipment presents the basis to realize the overall electricity system of the power plant, while most of the electric equipment accidents are caused by in- sulation damages. Therefore, timely and effectively finding the defects in insulation manifests important significance to protect the safe opera- tion of power system. This paper introduces the development of the high voltage electric equipment insulation on-line monitoring technology and the application of GJK high voltage electric system insulation level on-line monitors at Jining No.3 power plant.
